Fortunately, Willow’s cries were heard by a kind-hearted human who couldn’t ignore her suffering. The moment they saw her pitiful state, they scooped her up and rushed her to the nearest vet.
Willow was in a dire condition, with a faint heartbeat and dangerously low body temperature. The vets diagnosed her with a hypoglycemic episode and immediately placed her on a heating pad to bring her body temperature back up. She was also battling mange and scabies and was severely malnourished.
After her vet visit, Willow’s rescuer took her home and gave her a soothing, warm bath. Clean and comforted, Willow was fed a nourishing meal to help her regain her strength.
As days passed, Willow’s health improved, and her true personality began to emerge. She became a playful, joyful pup, full of life and energy. Her appetite grew, and she started eating heartily. With newfound energy, Willow spent her days playing with her human family and her fellow dog siblings.
Willow is now on the mend and is eagerly searching for a forever home!
